The company’s iconic birdcage luggage cart exemplifies the company’s focus on creating memorable experiences for hoteliers and their guests. “For the guest, a gorgeous luggage cart signifies the beginning of a vacation of a lifetime, “says Amy Yore, vice president of sales and marketing, “For the bellman, the durable bell cart makes it possible for him to do his job efficiently.”

 

Commissioned by Forbes Industries Asia, subsidiary partner of Forbes Industries, to give their front office luggage cart range an facelift in 2017. The task was to showcase the rich heritage of Forbes and its iconic bellman signature series. To begin, time was spent researching at 3 high end hotels in Singapore, observing the use of these iconic performance luggage trolleys in its interaction with the guest, users and its environment. From there it was derived the key message of the project, “Evolution” and “Heritage”. Keeping these key points in focus, the task was to showcase the uncompromised quality and performance that Forbes was built on and to evolve the look of the trolly to suit the times of today whilst retaining its sense of Class, its ICONIC HEXgonal crown to reflect its deep heritage and its relationships with high end hoteliers.
